Whether you want to explore nature or visit the city center, everything is easily accessible from here. Parking is available on the property. Ideal S-Bahn connection City Train "S2" Salzburg Kasern (from the house to the station "Salzburg Kasern" it is only about 300 meters)

Through the large panoramic windows you can see the impressive Grimming – the highest freestanding mountain in Europe. On the large terrace or in the garden, pamper yourself with sunbathing or relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.

Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
