The lake with good bathing possibilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, one double bedroom, another single bedroom (access via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Small charming farmhouse in the countryside - built in 1904, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees and fruit bushes. Newly made & tried and true! Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax. Both active vacationers and lazybones are in good hands with us.

I rent a cozy little cottage with terrace and beautiful garden. Here you can relax in Upper Bavaria! Bikes are available for rent, and if you have any questions, I'm just a few steps away as a host and happy to help. You do not have to bring bed linen and towels, which are sufficient in the cottage.
