The Rhine is a 10-15 minute walk Parking is available right by the apartment Bus connection in approx. 150 m The apartment is located in a new build area. Our house is ready. But there may be construction noise from time to time. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.

In a unique location, in the middle of nature, with distant views of Lake Constance and surrounded by picturesque pastures, you will find the ideal retreat that offers plenty of privacy and tranquility.
