Family-friendly holiday rentals in Dillon Beach

Yeshi's home is a museum of colorful artwork from her travels around the world. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.

My family had a great stay. This included my 90 year old parents. The location is nice; close to Marshall's restaurants and the view of the Bay is wonderful. We were attending a family wedding just a couple of miles away and this was a great place to be able to kick back when not involved in wedding related activities. Definitely would consider a future stay.

This place is an oasis away from home, right on the water, beautiful scenery, fabulous walk right down to the river.

I highly recommend this air BnB! The hosts were gracious, the house is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing get away, the beds comfortable, and the location incredible. When we come back to Glen Ellen we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great weekend!

Lisa is an absolute five star host. She was kind in proactively sending us the instructions to her property, house rules and checkout instructions (all were very simple!). The property is a true gem. On the cliff, with a fabulous view and so private and relaxing. There is a market that is small but full of necessities near by that sell tasty sandwiches as well, which was a plus (we forgot to bring a few things!). Not too far from SF. I would love to return.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. The Fox Lodge is a very spacious home, ideal for group gathering, optimally located near Point Reyes/ Inverness and outdoor activities. The master bedroom suite was gorgeous with an amazing view and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stoked with state of the art appliances, although a bit dark for food prep and with limited pantry space. The family room was very comfortable and cozy with a beautiful and large L-shaped couch ideal for lounging and relaxing. There is a nice deck off the kitchen/living room for outdoor dining and lounging. We enjoyed are stay!!

We came for the wine... we stayed for the sunshine, the live music, and the kind of hospitality that makes you wonder if you’re secretly related to your hosts. This place is top-notch — clean, modern, filled with natural light, and so well-appointed it made us briefly consider quitting our jobs and just moving in. Every corner of the space felt intentionally designed for relaxation and good vibes. We soaked up perfect weather, drank (probably) too much wine, and danced our way through evenings filled with live music and laughter. The location made it easy to explore the best of Sonoma. Huge thanks to our hosts for creating a stay that felt like a vacation and a celebration. Cheers!

Lisa was a great communicator...huge help when you're unfamiliar with the area. The flat was definitely "sun-drenched" as advertised. It's elevated above street level, so had a private feel in general. Great lower patio area surrounded by gardens with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Candles in lieu of fire was a smart move! Would definitely stay there again. Only drawback for us was that we are used to a roomy king size bed, but that''s personal preference. Thanks Lisa, for sharing with us!

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The pool was an added benefit on hot days! It’s somewhat small for a group because it only has one bedroom but still worth the experience.

My daughter and I were on a weekend get away. Upon our arrival, Camille greeted us warmly. Our place was located in a beautiful natural setting, among trees. There was also a small water view. It was a very peaceful setting. The bed was very comfortable. Camille was very responsive to any questions we had. My daughter and I had a wonderful time.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip! We stayed at Nick's place for a weekend while we attended a wedding. It was a perfect place to retreat after the day's events. We loved the scenic surroundings and peaceful nature. Nick was communicative and sent along great instructions for check in and amenities.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. It was the perfect place, Kathy was very friendly and gave us so many recommendations around town to check out! The pool and hot tub were very clean and the perfect temperature. She even gave us a welcome bottle of wine and breakfast goodies! Definitely would recommend staying here to all my friends and family.

House is In a beautiful spot. Driveway access requires stopping on the side of the main street getting out, punching the code for the gate then making a u turn to get in to the drive way. The house was very open and spacious. Overall the family enjoyed the house.

Eliza's place was wonderful for us (two parents and a 4 month old baby) for a weekend - we had everything we needed and it was incredibly easy to check in and out. Eliza and her family were there and great to spend time with, but we also felt we had space to ourselves to rest and relax. We will hopefully be back!

This place is increíble! Hosts were friendly and proactive. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the view is unbeatable. The recommendations for hikes and restaurants were spot on. My husband and I had an amazing little getaway and we’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, gorgeous place to stay!

We came a second time to Fred’s river home oasis. Our kids love the grounds and the stream is so peaceful. Pool is delightfully warm and with a Forest view. Come here for a nature escape. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

I’ve been eyeing Cena and Roger’s place for well over a year and had tried to book another time when it wasn’t available. This year I finally was able to stay and I honestly didn’t want to leave. What a special, unbelievably delightful stay it was. I’m a huge nature nerd and the amount of flowers and greenery made it feel like Hawaii. Tropical paradise. Complete with birds and lizards flirting about. This trip I was in town mostly for Bottlerock but I ended up just lounging around most of my mornings, reading and slowly getting ready for the day. It was hard to leave to go out every day because the property is that peaceful and beautiful. I am so thankful I got to enjoy this stunning space and cannot wait to hopefully stay there again. Roger and Cena are lovely, sweet people. They’ve made this their own little slice of heaven, which they so graciously share with others. Fabulous experience. Thank you!
