Ideally located halfway between the sea and the center of Saint-Briac (less than 500 m from the town center and beaches; close to Dinard and Saint-Malo), surrounded by Bois d'Avril, at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet. Recently renovated, the accommodation is well insulated, pleasant even in winter, very sunny.
