Ideally located in the heart of the country of St-Malo, our cottage is located on a plot of 70 m², totally independent out of sight. Our cottage has an area of 17 m² (east and south orientation) and a gazebo (access on foot to the beach of Garel and the hiking trail at 300 m). Our chalet is close to Dinard (10 min), Dinan (15 min), Saint-Malo (15 min), and Mont-Saint-Michel (45 min). Our cottage is located in a peaceful residential area.

3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Independent accommodation: 30 m2 interior and 20 m2 terrace and independent garden.
