Charming renovated country house. Located in a green and quiet environment, very close to a nice little beach and the coastal trail, 5 min drive from the center of Dinard. The house consists of an entrance, living room with gas stove, beautiful bathroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms on the 1st level: 160 cm bed, 180 cm electric bed (divisible into 2 x 90 cm, and children's room with a 90 x 190 cm bed) and a 4th bedroom in the attic (140 cm bed). Parking and public transport within 50 m.

Calm assured with a very nice garden. Ideal for 1 or 2 families. (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
