The house consists of an entrance, living room with gas stove, beautiful bathroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms on the 1st level: 160 cm bed, 180 cm electric bed (divisible into 2 x 90 cm, and children's room with a 90 x 190 cm bed) and a 4th bedroom in the attic (140 cm bed). Parking and public transport within 50 m.

Dinard, ideally located house with character

"Montcharmant" Tastefully decorated house with character ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district. Immediate proximity to the Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Calm assured with a very nice garden. Ideal for 1 or 2 families. It is imperative to respect the quiet of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10 p.m. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided, and the exit cleaning is provided by you.

(the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
