"Montcharmant" Tastefully decorated house with character ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district. Immediate proximity to the Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Calm assured with a very nice garden. Ideal for 1 or 2 families. It is imperative to respect the quiet of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10 p.m. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided, and the exit cleaning is provided by you.

Enjoy a unique stay in the middle of Dinard. Close to shops, market and lock beach. Everything can be done on foot. 1st floor apartment of 40m2 sunny, quiet with large private terrace of 20m2 facing south to eat and sunbathe in privacy (table, chair, sunbed, umbrella provided). No private parking but the street has free parking and 2 parking lots 200 meters away (parking halls and Raphaël Veil). Self check-in with key box. Rented weekly in summer.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
