Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Very well located, in the heart of many activities, hikes, biking, paragliding, outdoor walks, ideal for a family vacation! 3 minutes from the city of Menthon for all local shops, 60 km from Geneva/Switzerland (international airport) and 160 km from Lyon.

Chalet located in the municipality of Dingy-Saint-Clair in a quiet environment at the foot of the Parmelan cliffs, close to Lake Annecy (15 km), the Aravis resorts (20 km) and Geneva (60 km). 80 m² chalet with independent entrance, equipped kitchen open to dining room and living room, bedroom (1 bed 160/200) with bathroom, toilet, terrace and garden access. Upstairs, mezzanine (2-seater sofa bed), bedroom (1 bed 140/190), bathroom and toilet.

We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
