Évalué gîte de tourisme 4* en 2024 **** Ambiance glamour face à la montagne : suite parentale, sauna, baignoire 2 personnes, immense douche à l'italienne... En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Dans un cadre calme, paisible et authentique entre lac et montagnes à Dingy-Saint-Clair. Emplacement idyllique au pied du Parmelan et central pour naviguer dans toute la région. A moins de 30min des stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand, 20 minutes du centre d'Annecy, 15 minutes du lac, Menthon-Saint Bernard ou Talloires. Stade de foot et espaces de jeux à 5 min.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 convertible d’appoint avec surmatelas). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
