The house is located in Dingy Saint Clair, a charming village ideally located 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center of Annecy, 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains. Bright and warm, the house will seduce you with its comfort and the calm of its environment. The garden overlooks a small river and you can enjoy the joys of the swimming pool in summer as well as the surrounding nature with mountain views.
