Magnifique gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Entre Loire et Loir, Le 23 est situé au cœur du village de St Paterne Racan, à proximité des commerces (boulangerie et distributeur de pain, restaurant, épicerie, bar tabac presse, pharmacie, médecins, gare, bus). A 15 mn, vous trouverez 2 supermarchés. A 7 mn à pied, parc avec jeux pour enfants (en été, la piscine municipale vous y accueillera). Proche des Châteaux de La Loire, entre Tours et Le Mans (Papéa, Zoo de La Flèche). Départ de randonnées pédestres et balades à vélos.

Between the Loire with its castles and the Loir with its many tourist sites, Thierry and Jean welcome you to a gîte classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, independent and tastefully renovated, with a living area of 92 m2 on 2 levels, 5 beds, with terraces. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel.

Located on a small path that lends itself to walks, at the exit of the village. Located between Le Mans and Tours 45 km, 2 km from exit 26 of the A28 highway, and 5 km from Château du Loir train station. Outside, a space in front of the accommodation with table and chairs and a pleasant environment with the garden of the house. Linens provided.

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Recharge your batteries in our small house with a tiny house vibe. All basic equipment will be at your disposal. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic room accessible only by a wide ladder, which is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Numerous activities are accessible around the house; greenway 100 m away, walks, cultural tours, water/equestrian activities, shopping, etc. 40 km from Tours and Le Mans.
