Condo holiday rentals in District 1

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Extended my trip because the place was remarkable and super cozy. Spent my entire recovery period here and definitely will come back to stay again!

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

easy place to check in, good water pressure for the showers.

The place is perfect for solo travel very modern and clean the description is very accurate and the rooftop is very nice especially for photos. There are also two convenient stores next to the building and the host was very attentive, very responsive and was always helpful I much appreciated it. The main area like district 1,5 and 7 is not far so the grabs were very cheap.

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

We stayed for about 45 days. I was relieved that the security and convenience store were available 24 hours a day. There was a cockroach, but the host responded immediately. The process for entering the gym and replenishing daily necessities was also very quick and helpful. The host was quick to contact us, so we had a comfortable stay!

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Simon is responsive and is sure to respond to issues. The house is exactly as pictured, spacious and pleasant. The security is so thorough that it's also controlled to enter and exit a ant. Next time I go to Ho Chi Minh City, I would like to stay at this accommodation.

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

the best accommodation i have stayed so far in rivergate. clean, organized, my gf liked how the room was prepared because it catered for her needs of make-up, etc.

I booked this Airbnb last minute and the service was great! I was able to check in immediately, and the place was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was spotless, the view was gorgeous, and I will definitely be back!

Tung’s place was fantastic! Co-host Quynh was the best. Great location, modern condo building with amazing rooftop pool. Washer/dryer in unit was super helpful. Location is right in the middle of it all in District 1. Quynh was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay again. And reminder to point the A/C remote at the small receiver in the ceiling!
