Large and comfortable rooms, located in a cozy, quiet and safe neighborhood. Access: Free access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bed: Queen size bed with 2 pillows. Refrigerator with freezer. Induction, electric kettle. Complete set of frying pans, bowls, cups, and tableware. Bathroom: Spacious bathroom. Hair dryer, toilet paper provided. Additional towels are provided upon request. Air conditioner, fan. We have no elevator.

This is a rooftop terrace room (5th floor with staircases only) - total floor 50m2. It is bright & airy. The neighbourhood is well established with restaurants, bars, bookshop, supermarkets and traditional markets, swimming pool, buses, and cinemas. This is also our home and we are normal Vietnamese people. We welcome you with open arms and respect guests' privacy/space. We would like you to feel at home here. PS: To cope with the pandemic, the terrace was turned into a vegetable garden.
