This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

Highly recommend this rental! The location in District 1 is unbeatable – very easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. We loved being able to walk everywhere, including Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien, with an abundance of dining options nearby. It was surprisingly quiet and truly comfortable within the house, providing a perfect escape. A big thank you to the host for being so friendly and helpful!

장점 : 신축이거나 리모델링을 최근에 한 숙소같습니다. 방 컨디션, 청결도 매우 좋습니다. 호스트의 피드백도 빨랐습니다. 건물에 방이 3개뿐이라 프라이빗하며 1군 근처임에도 조용합니다. 가격대비 추천할만한 숙소입니다. 단점 : 3층 기준 수압이 약합니다

This amazing place when i come to HCMC, host so friendly.

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Airbnb verbracht und war zufrieden. Die Lage ist im obersten Stock, sodass es relativ ruhig ist (kein Fahrstuhl). Es liegt in einer Seitengasse, weshalb es kaum Verkehrsgeräusche gibt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, es gab auch sonst keine Probleme. Die kostenlose Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gewissenhaft und praktisch, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und einfach, in der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig für D1. Ich kann den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The space was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The amenities were top-notch—everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so easy to relax. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped retreat. Would stay here again.

Katy had a great place. It was around so much especially the Bui Vien walking street and when walking to district one there was many stops along the way. Very response. Was down an alley with many locals and we always felt safe. We had 3 people, each had their own bed but really could fit more. Thanks again.

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

This Airbnb was amazing! It was close to everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. The interior was beautiful, offering a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating, addressing all our concerns promptly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Nested in a small alley way of District 1, Hang’s place offers a superb location. It’s a steal to get 3 bedrooms for the price we paid for. The place had all the essentials and supply that we needed. One thing to note is most of the times you will have to go out to the main street for Grab since the alley is very busy during the day. However, the place itself was worth it. Hang was a good communicator. Something happened at 2AM which was totally out of control but she still stayed up to help us out. Overall I would definitely recommend Hang’s place, especially to those who are seeking for a local experience.

Awesome place ! So many little eats and bars around . Love binh Thanh and this is situated in the best location . Apartment was clean and very accessible to get too . Stayed for a week and there was room cleaning and also laundry service. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future . Thanks Henrry!
