This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.

Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

For cyclists in particular, remember to do your shopping beforehand as the accommodation is located on the heights of Mauves. The TER train takes you to the center of Nantes in 15 minutes, free of charge on weekends.
