Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers direct access to the Loire by bike. This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Welcome to our home We welcome you with joy for a stay among vineyards, mills and the banks of the Loire. Have a coffee facing the vineyards, enjoy the calm of nature, admire the Loire Valley from our hill, hike on the GR, discover the banks of the Loire by bike... this is what drives us here! Independent studio in the heart of the Vineyard

Enjoy a quiet stay in our studio attached to our house. You can enjoy our outdoors, barbecue, heated swimming pool (May to September), terrace with dining area, stroll through the vineyards or along the banks of the Loire. Or enjoy the interior of the studio, which includes a bathroom and a bedroom that opens onto a kitchen area. 10 min by bike from the Loire bike path and 5 min by bike from the center of Barbechat.

30 m2 studio adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 minutes). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( bench bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

Stay independently in our private suite bathed in light, in the heart of nature. You enjoy a quiet environment in a natural space, along the Chemin de la Loire by bike (south bank, between the bridges of Oudon and Mauves-sur-Loire). Located in the center of a historic fishing village, we hope you will enjoy the charm and relaxing atmosphere of this place.
