The shepherd's hut sits in a large wild garden with lots of mature fruit trees. The evenings by the fire are best when the setting sun shines through the trees. Everything is located on the outskirts of the village of Humenec, which consists of 22 houses, so it is quiet, but at the same time people are close.

The yurt is very quiet and you have a lot of privacy. We were received in a very friendly manner and immediately felt comfortable. The hostess is super sweet and always there if you need anything. Your dog is very cute and friendly. The kitchen is much better equipped than we thought. There is a fridge, dishes and everything you need for cooking or grilling. A perfect place to switch off – we will be happy to come back!

We were super happy with the stay. The interior and mostly exterior looked even better than the photos. Great location, lots of options for trips, and especially it's "secluded", so we had privacy and peace of mind. The place had everything we could think of - board games, barbecue equipment, a hair dryer, and more. In short, 100% satisfaction without a single flaw/complaint.

Beautiful, newly renovated and newly furnished cottage on a great property, at a good price. Overall, a bit remote, but still easy to find. For one night it was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child) to go to Prague the next morning in the morning. (less than an hour from the capital). Unfortunately, we could not try the restaurant next door because we arrived at 9:30 pm and the kitchen had already closed. But Lidl is very close 😁 We are more than happy to recommend!

We had a truly wonderful weekend in the beautiful forests of the Czech Republic. The location, just south of Prague, was perfect for scenic hikes and peaceful nature walks. We also spent a day in Prague, which was easy to reach by train – although I’d still recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area. The house itself is an absolute 10 out of 10. The hot tub and terrace quickly became our favorite spots to relax, especially with the stunning view. The interior is modern, beautifully furnished, and the amenities were absolutely perfect – everything we needed was there and thoughtfully prepared. A small note for future guests: the last kilometer leading to the house is a rough gravel path with narrow bushes on both sides. We’d recommend that only confident drivers take the car all the way to the house and park on the property. All in all, this place is a hidden gem and one we would love to return to. Highly recommended! Thanks to Jana & David 🩶

I was there with my dog for 4 days. Everything as described and seen in the photos. Mega beautiful and quiet location, we felt right at home. It was really great to lie in the hammock with a view of the lake. The fresh water source was great, my refrigerator was a real highlight. Would definitely come back. We recovered superbly. Not a soul in sight, just nature and pure tranquility
