Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Divšići

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

We had a wonderful time. Everything is tip-top and as described in the ad. We will be happy to come back. :)

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! A beautiful house to feel good in. There were three of us here for 10 days plus our two dogs. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. A small, rustic village with wonderful bays, which are not crowded in the low season. The supermarket is within walking distance and covers daily needs, larger shopping facilities are in Pula. The house is super cozy and you have your privacy. Tihan and Ivan are great hosts and even before the arrival the contact was very good. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely visit this wonderful place again.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

Tanja’s place in Pula was perfect for our three night stay. Each night and morning we were able to walk into old town and get amazing food, it’s also 10 minutes from some of the best sights! The view from the balcony is so pretty and the space itself is cozy. We loved this apartment and would happily stay with Tanja again. She was communicative and kind the whole time!

Wonderful house, Lucano and his wife are very kind and helpful. They provided us with a cot and a high chair for our baby, even though it wasn't in the listing. The house is truly one of the best we've ever stayed in with Airbnb, as others have said. The location is excellent, some beaches can be reached on foot, if not in a few minutes by car. We'll definitely be back!

We loved staying in Blue Rhapsody! It was so spacious and calm. It's a really relaxing space to be in and is a great location! Maja was also really helpful and Welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Staying at Moria's was a bullseye. First of all, a beautiful view from the windows to the bay and nearby beaches, secondly, a great location - on the one hand, literally 50m to the beach and on the other 100m to the shopping center with a supermarket, a place for coffee and a delicious pizzeria, thirdly, still quite close to the old town - about 3.5-4km. A flat without luxuries but very clean. Just outside the house, there is free parking along the street - although we have always managed to find a free space. On the plus side, there was a small, though unfortunately rare, and a pity, because sometimes it is a godsend - a bottle of cold water was waiting for us in the fridge! Moria herself was very kind and open, she welcomed us and explained the nearest surroundings. Moria, thank you again for the unforgettable stay. See you!

It was a comfortable accommodation that was well-equipped with everything. There was a wireless vacuum cleaner, so I was able to clean it right away whenever I needed it. The location was a bit far from the tourist destinations, but it was all accessible within 10-20 minutes by car. There were two large grocery stores around the house, so I was able to use them conveniently during my stay.

Apartment with a great view. The accommodation is well equipped, with everything you need to cook. A Lidl is a 5-minute walk away. Access to the pool and jacuzzi are a plus, as is access to a parking space. We recommend and had a pleasant stay at Suzana's.

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

We really liked the apartment. Location is absolutely perfect. The house is only separated from the sea by the beach promenade and the port and the center of Fazana are within a few minutes' walk.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We arrived for four days on site in Pula. The location was ideal by car with little noise, in the surroundings and Jelena who immediately helped us and gave us the information we asked for when we arrived. The kitchen is super well-equipped, the bathroom and bedroom too and the balcony is very nice. Thank you Jelena!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from May 19 to 25, 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open hostess who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruits – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

You get super fast feedback and they were directly available upon arrival. The listing matches the photos. You can find everything you need. You can also get to the beach and the city on foot and in a few minutes by car. You can always find a free parking space.

5 stars across the board! Dubravka welcomed us with a drink, and helpful information on the area. We were walking distance from good restaurants, old town, and beaches. We'll miss Rovinj very much.
