We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

The stay was great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very flexible, especially with the check-in time. I would book the villa again on my next stay, everything was as imagined, simply fantastic

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

stay everything is fine. We had a problem with the kitchen but Lorena and Rino moved instantly to solve it. always friendly, helpful, and super kind. The house is beautiful and the pool is a great service. highly recommend it.

IT was a really nice experience!!!! A beauifull Pool and a great area for chill and come down. A little bit far away from the Hot spots ,You always need a Car. All together: A good advice!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

Thank you for everything, cinema views, movie villa, I'm sure we'll repeat.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Gorgeous Villa, pool was amazing and the fireplace grill with outside dining table was fantastic. Each bedroom had its own shower and toilet. Coming back again for sure! Ivica was very helpful and returned messages right away

Nice getaway if you want some quiet family time

We were there as a group of friends with 8 people. The house was great, exactly as on the pictures and it has a very large property. The location is also great as you can get to larger cities or the sea in 20-30 minutes. We were very excited and would come back any time!

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! Our stay in villa Tai was very relaxing and memorable. It is located in the peaceful surrounds of Puntera, about 20 minutes out of Pula. We particularly enjoyed seeing the sheep on the neighbouring property walking through. The home is very family friendly, we used the cot and the high chair and our little one loved playing with the toys ;). It also has all the amenities you would need for cooking etc. The outdoor area is also very well set up with two eating/cooking areas and a pool, it was too cool for us to use, but it would be amazing in the summer time. Entry into the property was easy with a key lock and the hosts were very welcoming, providing us with wine, drinks and even olive oil. Thank you Boci for hosting our family in your amazing home!

Six of us spent 1 week in Kurili. We really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and spacious garden by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was in use almost every day. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipment top-notch - we simply lacked nothing! 🤗

Very very very nice house in a modern style :)

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Highly recommended, extremely uncomplicated communication, very spacious & well-kept villa with pool, in a private atmosphere! We'd love to come back!
