Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

This was a nice and quiet place and Jelena was an absolutely wonderful host who helped me with lots of ideas for things to do and get around. Highly recommended.

It is only about 7 minutes on foot from the bus stop to the apartment. The check in was super easy and straightforward. The apartment itself is very clean, tidy and sufficiently large – two bedrooms with double beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The highlight was definitely the terrace with the magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding mountains - simply fantastic! I still have a few small suggestions for improvement: An insect screen on the patio door would be practical, as would a solution for the slight smell in the bathroom. In addition, a more detailed description of the location in relation to the nearby highway would be helpful. We were out and about with the stroller, and crossing the fast autobahn without a zebra crossing or traffic light was a small challenge every time. This point probably only affects families with small children – for everyone else, it should not be a problem. Overall, staying with Nebojsa was great!

We had a great stay here. It was central , close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and we felt very safe.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.
