Beachfront holiday rental in Dodecanese Islands

Kiki is the best AirBnB host we stay with. Her home is much loved, well equipped and maintained. It’s a short, steep 5 minute walk up from the harbour, and 5/10 minutes from two great beaches in beautiful enclosed bays. Beyond the village there are lovely mountain walks along roads, or sometimes challenging trails, to more remote, beautiful coves.

Our villa was stunning with a most beautiful sea view. It was also extremely private. A short bus ride away from Thira and a short taxi from Oia. The host and her entire team were some of the most friendly and welcoming people we've come across on our travels. It is clear that they have a deep love for Santorini which has definitely rubbed off on us! Safe that when we go back we will be hoping to stay with them again be it in this property or one of their many others on the island. ευχαριστώ!

A well appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Ideal for a couple - would possibly be tight on space for more adults. Géraldine was very responsive and helpful. She met us from the ferry, assisted us with a car hire booking and accompanied us to the accommodation.

Simply a fantastically beautiful cottage right by the sea. A beautiful large terrace with sea view and very lovingly Since it is the last house in the bay, it was very quiet and idyllic. Practically no traffic. The bay of Stegna is also highly recommended, it is not very touristy but there are many taverns and good food. You can walk there in 10 minutes. The Blue House has a great canopy of beautiful flowers, there were always shade or sun spots. Many small things that simply offer everything for well-being. We lived almost exclusively outside with an outdoor kitchen. The bed with sea view is also very comfortable and you can look directly at the sea in the morning when you wake up. We had a lovely stay. Room was perfect with a lovely sea view. Location superb, close to bars, restaurants, beaches, shops yet still quiet and peaceful. Theo was extremely helpful helping us to arrange trips, ATV hire etc. An excellent stay.

Such a beautiful place! The villas are situated in such a quiet area, also you get maximum privacy as the villas are pretty distant from each other. The staff is super friendly and SO helpful making the stay as enjoyable as it gets. The villas are fully equipped with everything you could ever need. I could recommend this place more!

Everything was very nice. The location of the house is right by the sea, the beauty of the sea, the attention of the employees, the cleanliness of the environment… It's a great place for those who want calm. We will come again next year, thank you for everything :)

Beautiful villa, bright and spacious, surrounded by a beautiful garden. We immediately feel at home there, especially since it is well surrounded and private. The pool is very beautiful, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity to heat it, for our young children, as it is still cool in early May. The water was at 30 degrees, a treat! We even thought about games for the kids. Jenny is a lovely host. She welcomed us with a basket of fruit and wine, and has always been very responsive. The villa has all the amenities you can dream of. The area is very beautiful, and deserves to be discovered by car. We were also able to leave the house later, as our flight was in the evening, which we enjoyed. In short, nothing to say but happiness!

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. No words can begin to explain how stunning this villa is!! We had the most amazing time celebrating my best friends hen do - the location is beautiful! The staff who checked us in were so friendly and even very kindly drove us to the shops to get some food supplies when we arrived as it was late and too far to walk in the dark. Valia always replied to my messages quickly and gave us lots of recommendations. Its a good driving distance away from everywhere you would want to go and explore and the taxi prices are so good the company they recommend to us were amazing they arrived on time every day and were so friendly! I would 100% love to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! It is honestly the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed!

This is the second time we've stayed in this house. The first time we had a wonderful time, but now with the addition of the pool the experience became even better. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable and very quiet, ideal for relaxation. The location is very convenient and Angelos is always available and friendly, which we appreciated very much on both our visits. We were pleased to see that the house evolves without changing the beautiful feeling it had left us from the first time. I'm sure we'll be back

Vasilis’s house was the perfect start to our Greek island adventure. Easy to find and easy to get around the island from there. Having coffee and breakfast at the outdoor table was how we started our days.. one morning several goats wandered up the driveway to drink from the pool! After a day of adventure, a glass of wine at the poolside watching the sunset was the norm. The kitchen has the basics, we didn’t use the stove/oven. The bathroom and shower are small with lots of hot water.. bed is comfortable and not as difficult to get in and out of as I thought.. 😉 We loved our time and would have stayed longer if we could!

Such an amazing house. It was peaceful with plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach or beautiful view from the pool with plenty of gathering areas. Dana was our concierge who was fantastic. She had the best recommendations. My favorite was chef Giannis who taught us to cook some traditional Greek food at the house. Wish we could have stayed longer. This has been our favorite stay in Greece.

I recently stayed at Michael’s beautiful villa in Rhodes for a few days before my family arrived, and it was an amazing experience! The villa is a true gem with three beautiful bedrooms, spotless cleanliness, and everything well-organized. Michael was incredibly helpful and always available if needed. He even welcomed us with a lovely fruit basket and some local beer. The garden was fantastic, offering herbs for barbecue and even some aubergine that we could use. The swimming pool and barbecue area added so much to our stay. The beach is very close, and we even saw deer walking around! If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the busy city, this place is perfect. Highly recommend Michael as a fantastic host! It was one of the best experiences I ever had during my travels.

What a great spot with a beautiful balcony view of Stegna beach. This apartment sits on top of a restaurant and is in walking distance to several other cafes and restaurants. We visited in late March though so very few shops/restaurants were open but it was quiet and peaceful. I’m told it gets quite busy in the high season however. We arrived to a thoughtful fridge of breakfast fixings as we arrived late and stores were closed. It came nicely appointed with some coffee, cream and local honey which was exceptional! The beach in front is gorgeous and sandy with few rocks and makes for very comfortable swimming. The morning sun hits the balcony perfectly and by the hot afternoon, the balcony is shaded which keeps things tolerable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook a few meals. This is an excellent spot for relaxing, beaching and exploring the island. The cove at Stegna beach is more appealing than the surrounding ones at Lindos or Tsambika beach IMO 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kyra Panagia. The property was even better than the photos—clean, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the view of the sea each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to local tavernas, beaches, and historical sites. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, providing local recommendations and responding immediately when there was a small issue with internet connectivity. The check-in process was seamless, and the space felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderfull time in Symi at Marietta’s flat. She was very communicative and helpfull, the view is magical, the flat is perfectly placed : Close to the beach, super restaurants (odyssia and tholos) and the village, at the same time.

An amazing serene location with by far the best view of the “rock” of Anafi. Alkis and Annita made us feel right at home, gracious, welcoming hosts! A definite must visit, a short walk from one of the nicest beaches. Highly recommended

Dimitris’ place is superb and I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay on the beautiful island of Symi. With amazing views across the harbour, within easy walking distance of the tavernas, cafes and shops but in a quiet and peaceful location, this place is perfect. The amenities are all as listed and the house is very clean and well equipped, but for me the balcony from which to watch the sunrise and sunset as well as the bustle of fishing boats and ferries coming and going was perfect. Dimitris was super responsive and helpful. The directions from the ferry port to the house (including photos!) were faultless and made the arrival straightforward and simple.

This is such a little gem of a place that I almost hesitate to write this review. Gumusluk is one of the few places on the Bodrum peninsula that still feels genuine and peaceful - almost exclusively a Turkish resort. And this place is quintessential Aegean - small but very functional inside, lovely bathrooms, amazing terrace with the sea literally lapping just below and history all around you. It is surrounded by fish restaurants which we thought might be super noisy but generally you feel quite private and it was never overwhelmingly loud. Head over to Rabbit Island to see the ruins. Be sure to go up to the weekly Gumusluk market on a Tuesday - amazing produce and wonderful local vibe. Loved our little sojourn here and Guray was a very communicative host.
