This is a charming apartment on the 3rd floor, completely new, built in January 2017. It can host up to 3 persons, so it is ideal for a couple with a child or 3 friends. The apartment has a bedroom, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen & living room. An elevator can take you up to the 2nd floor. Excellent location: just 5 mins on foot from the central square of Kos town, 10 mins from the port and 3-4 mins to the nearest beach ("Aktaion") with views both to the sea and the mountain.
