Thank you for your hospitality. The owners helped us with the transfer from the airport and greeted us with wine and homemade cake, it was very nice. The apartment is great, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sandy beach is less than 5 minutes away. Beautiful promenade with lots of shops, restaurants and transport rental. I recommend to visit and have a good holiday!

I was very fortunate to be able to stay at John's place even if it was off season. I knew there was nothing open in early February, but I had everything to myself: the house, the magnificent sunrise and the beach (I even had a swim!) Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ Γιάννη, να'σαι καλά!

This was a perfect base for our family to explore the old town. The house itself is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bedding/seating, AC in every room, with a rare find of a cute courtyard. Our host was very responsive to our needs over messaging. The location was perfect in the center of the old town. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, even though in a few hundred meters there were busy restaurants and stores! A supermarket and laundromat are conveniently located nearby. Keep in mind that the area itself is cobbestoned, with no cars allowed (challenging for strollers, luggage - though transfers can be arranged, and about 5-10 walk to access taxis or parking) - we were aware of all of this and liked the easy walking access to many sights/restaurants/stores - the atmosphere in the evenings is quite beautiful.

We (father, two children) booked Yanna's house for 9 days in April 2025. Yanna and her husband Yiannis gave us a warm welcome, and check-in was very easy. The house is beautifully situated on a hillside with an east-facing view toward the sunrise. You quickly learn to appreciate breakfast on the patio! The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need, and had comfortable beds. The highlight is certainly the outdoor area, which has been lovingly designed. The old coastal road is below the property, and traffic can be a bit annoying during the day on weekdays. However, it is quiet at night and on the weekends. A car is essential; it's a 10-15-minute drive to Agios Nikolaos (pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets). Yanna can give good tips for restaurants in the area. Cretan hospitality is well known, but Yanna and Yiannis have taken it to the next level!

A lovely place for stay. We were 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed Yanna’s hospitality. A beautiful view to the sea, lots of toys for our kids, close to beautiful beaches, tavernas, ruins and other sites. Fantastic.

The location is right on the beach. The people make this though, they are so lovely! Maybe we'll come back some day

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Pefki was truly unforgettable, the perfect setting to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. Tasos went above and beyond to make our stay special. For our anniversary he wrote us a heartfelt letter, and left us a bottle of local wine, and a delicious tiramisu. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel at home. The house itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and perfectly positioned right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the birds and enjoying our morning coffee with a view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea was pure magic. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and deeply grateful. This place, and Tasos’s incredible hospitality, will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We can’t recommend it highly enough and hope to return one day!

This accommodation is in the centre of the pretty village of Lindos. It was ideal for our family of 4. Everything you need plus more to help with your daily life. Close to Bars Restaurants In the Village. A little walk to two amazing Beaches. 10 minutes max. The courtyard is peaceful to sit out and relax. Bedrooms fully air conditioned which keeps the rest of the apartment cool. Communication between us was very good and very helpful. I would totally recommend the Olive Tree, everything was perfect for us and would recommend you visit Lindos. Thanks for everything your instructions on how to get in and your flexibility on a later checkout was great, making life so easy. Cheers and thanks from us all.

I spent great time in Frida Studios. The place is clean, equipped with all necessary stuff and large parking. There is also a beautiful garden with oranges. The hosts were always helpful with current things as well as with local recommendations. Great price-quality ratio.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here!!! The best location in Fira in our opinion. Quick ride from the airport and we met the host Lucy at the place. She was very kind and welcoming and gave us plenty of amazing recommendations nearby that were all amazing. The place was in a cave house which we loved and added some specialness to our stay for sure. The location was perfect, it was cozy and quiet and a 5 minute walk to town and the bus stops. I would highly recommend you stay at this place.

We loved this place! Stunning view from the balcony especially for the sunset. Everything is walkable and very convenient. Nikitas was very nice and helpful during our stay. When the city construction affected our place, he immediately checked the situation and gave us updates. He also kindly gave us a flexibility on checkout. Thank you so much, Nikitas!!

The place is exactly as it appears in the videos and photos, especially when the place is lush in the lemon and orange trees. The pool, garden and BBQ area are also very useful. We had a lot of fun and had a very nice holiday. They are also very friendly and helpful as a business. We plan to stop by again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Debbie gave us a friendly welcome and a tour of the house. The house is clean and neatly decorated. In addition, the pool was lovely! The pool was well maintained and cleaned just like the garden. It is also nice that there is a private driveway with a gate that you can close. Furthermore, Debbie has given us many tips regarding restaurants, activities, beaches, etc. We highly recommend this villa!

The apartment is amazing (we stayed upper floor) from the first step in we felt like home. Everything was there, and everything was working well. Towels, bed sheets all the other small things… Secondly: it’s pretty modern house (nice tv’s , airco , nice kitchen, good shower,lovely sitting area and clean ! And finally the view and setting! You have everything - few restaurants, beach in front of you and mountain view. We stayed 3 weeks long and loved it every single day. And not to forget the owners- Michael is so responsive and professional . And Maria is so attentive and nice person to talk to. She was really helpful and polite. Both perfectly speaks English. Thank you so much for this nice experience.

Helga welcomed me personally & warmly, I felt comfortable right away. This remained the case throughout the entire stay - she always asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything. We had nice conversations and amusing chats. I really appreciate that, especially since I was traveling alone. Helga had tips on excursions & restaurants away from the tourist crowds, so I got a "more personal" picture of the island. I think "visiting friends" is a very good description! The accommodation - the loft - is fantastic and better than in the photos! Well equipped, clean and cozy! The terrace is simply amazing and invites you to relax. With a view of the mountains and the sea, a small paradise! And dinner with a view of the sunset with a glass of wine - simply beautiful. If you like it quieter and more personal, you've come to the right place! :) Thanks for the great time!

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

It was wonderful, you can find your way around immediately because the place is small and manageable. It has a lot of charm as a result. The time was good as it was no longer full. Spyridon and his team are warm and helpful. I felt very comfortable 🙋🏻‍♀️

A quiet environment away from the city noise, absolutely very hygienic, a magnificent team; Mr. Cömert, Ms. Selda. Business owner Haliye sister and her husband Ali and of course Peter are very friendly and friendly. Me and my friends had an enjoyable stay at the villa. It was so lovely and had such great amenities, we especially loved the hot tub! The location wasn't too far from town making it easy for us to get in and out and the location was spacious even though there were eight of us. Debbie communicated well with all of us and even offered us recommendations of good locations to go! We had a great time and would love to come back one day!
