Villa holiday rentals in Dogna

Large house in a great location to visit the surroundings. Impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the beds made us feel immediately at home. The presence of the three bathrooms makes it very useful for three couples as in our case, although one of the rooms is a little smaller. The availability of dishwasher and washing machine detergents is appreciated (which many times does not happen). Keep in mind that the house is arranged on two levels: a mezzanine floor for the living area and a first floor for the sleeping area, accessible only through stairs. This can create problems for people with mobility difficulties.

We were very warmly welcomed, instructed and also seen off again by Christina (Tania's mom). Tania was always available and Christina always responsive. The villa corresponds to the description, is cozy and fully equipped and very clean. The water basin is very nice to refresh yourself in between. The garden is beautifully designed and we spent the evenings exclusively on the cozy and covered terrace. There is also an additional small refrigerator for drinks, which is very convenient. The villa in a good neighborhood and is a great starting point for excursions e.g. to the beach, to Trieste or Koper (great medieval town in Slovenia with beach). Many thanks to Tania and Christina, we had a very nice and felt very welcome in this beautiful villa.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Quaint old farmhouse with plenty of space and all necessary facilities. Despite winter at least 3 hours of sun when clear sky. Close to ski resorts and good refreshments

Very cozy apartment and beautiful garden. The landlord is very helpful. Just a few minutes from the beach promenade. Highly recommend

I can not say how great this stay was for our family. Location was perfect for our ability to catch up with family, however is a super location for people looking at a quieter authentic Italian experience. You are an hour to Venice and Trieste, 15 minutes to the beach and an hour away from some amazing hiking areas. Having a car is ideal but train and bus station is 10 minute walk. Would not stay anywhere else when back in the region.

Postcard perfect views right on the lake in a stunning natural environment. Host Bernd was super easy to communicate with and always friendly. Wish we could stay much longer! Highly recommend this house for people who enjoy privacy, nature and comfort.

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and peaceful house surrounded by nature. It’s private, well-kept, dog friendly and the pool was a great bonus. The host was super friendly, responsive, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We’d love to come back!

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

A great house for a group of friends but would be great for families too as there is a twin room off one of the double bedrooms. Walkable from beautiful Lake Bled and all it has to offer. A lovely house and recently renovated. Responsive hosts and made some good local recommendations.

Had a great family vacation! The home is beautiful, especially the annex with the more modern kitchen and long table. The view from the main bathroom is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Due to the many spacious rooms, it is always possible to be on your own.

View is amazing, we really enjoyed the stay. Only FYI to concider the parking is public, but one spot was allways free and groceries are far for walking so you need to use car or public transportation

The accommodation was perfect for us. He gave us the opportunity to be the users of a huge estate for a week. In addition to beautiful cedar trees, there are many other types of trees on the plot (chestnut, linden, oak). Despite the huge size of the house, it is free of exaggerations. We had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a large living room. Parking is convenient even with an SUV-sized car, and it is possible to enter the property through a large gate about 7-8 meters wide. It is recommended for all those who are not afraid of the nature of rural life, so they are not afraid of a wasp that may wander onto the terrace or (despite the mosquito net that can be lowered on the terrace doors, possibly) into the house. We didn't miss the air conditioning in the house, we slept with the windows open. It is possible that not everyone would feel perfectly comfortable in it due to the inaccessible parts of the house, but we fell in love with the "house of our dreams".

The place was really huge and communication with Mauro was very good. An extraordinarily good place for the children! The property is recommended to every large group and family. The amenities were great, although in some places a bit outdated. Thanks for the wonderful time there!

It was super nice, we had two great weeks. The house is very clean and well equipped, the pool is great. Laura was very friendly and always easily accessible. All in all highly recommended.

We are thrilled. Communication was great, Andrea, Francesca and Giacomo were very helpful and supported us superbly. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, in a retro look with great old utensils, the decor is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Clean beds, clean bathroom, clean well-equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, knives, everything for cooking even with dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The highlight is the garden, with fig tree, plum tree and the mega great pool. Seating for 20 people :) There was a crib, a chair for our son (<1 year). There was even a wallbox for charging our electric car. The fans and mosquito plugs provided extra comfort. We will definitely be back!!! If you're looking for a mistake, you'll just find that espresso cups would be useful ;) Thanks for a great vacation !!!!
