A simply wonderful place. Completely immersed in nature, Forest Nest A-Frame is one of those places that make you forget the noise of the world and rediscover the pleasure of simple and authentic things. Every detail is cared for with love and attention, with a deep sensitivity towards the environment and sustainability. It is clear that the creator has done so with the heart, thinking of those who love the earth, the silence of the forest, natural materials and a more conscious lifestyle. Everything is harmonious, welcoming, respectful...from the architecture to the way you experience the space. I loved staying there. It's an experience that leaves its mark, a small refuge that I think is truly unique in the world. I hope to go back!

I gave my nephew a short trip to Slovenia for his birthday. We were totally happy with the accommodation. The family was totally nice and helpful. We can recommend the homemade salami and eggs from their own chickens and quails as well as the woodwork workshop :) . The area slows down and is beautiful. Highly recommended. Only those who quickly get sick in the car should go elsewhere, because no matter which direction you go, you have to drive many serpentines.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay! Our stay at Roman’s apartment was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was immaculately clean—and had absolutely everything you could need, even for an extended stay. Whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or working remotely, you’ll find it thoughtfully stocked and comfortably set up. The space itself is surprisingly spacious, even more than the photos suggest. Every detail felt intentional and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. Roman and Miranda are truly exceptional hosts. Warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, they offered fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have the best experience possible. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re considering staying here don’t hesitate. It’s a gem!

We stayed in a double room in Bohinj and had a fantastic experience. Jurij is always available, very helpful, and incredibly kind. The rooms are newly renovated, equipped with air conditioning and modern furnishings – everything felt fresh and comfortable. Absolutely recommended – 5 stars! Breakfast costs an extra €16, but it's served on a terrace with a wonderful view – definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Alenka was one of the nicest hostesses we have ever had. She went to great lenghts to make us feel comfortable. It felt like a miracle when she had the broken dishwasher relaced within hours. The village is very nice and not touristy and we loved the hikes for every degree of difficulty from the doorstep. Great Place to stay and very much recommended, also because of the greatly equipped kitchen (Even a tramezzino maker)!

After a steep climb through the forest, which we were able to master very well with trailer and motorcycle, we arrived at Martina's farm. The view and the secluded location immediately captured us. There was enough space in the yard for car, trailer and motorcycle. The apartment awaited us with a lot of love. The floor is covered with epoxy clear layer of clinkers. Looks great and is easy to clean and care for. The living room is equipped with a small kitchen that has everything you need, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa that can be pulled out to a double bed (very comfortable) and a fridge with freezer. A kettle and a double ceramic hob are available in the kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a big closet. The bathroom is a special highlight. Floor level rain shower. A beautiful washbasin, a washing machine is available here. We will be back.

We had a thoroughly relaxing stay in Darja and Borut's beautiful accommodation. You can immediately sense how much attention to detail has gone into this special place – a real gem! Everything was exactly as we had hoped. Darja and Borut were extremely friendly and helpful hosts who were always on hand to offer advice and assistance. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

The cabin was perfect for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to Rozi’s clear and detailed directions, the cabin was easy to find. The inside was clean and had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again to enjoy the peacefulness of the forest. For those of you interested in staying here, be advised that the climb to the cabin is rather steep and not meant for wheeled luggage. Thank you again Rozi!
