The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips to the surroundings - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe and the Kolby vineyards.

Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separate

Pohodlný byt je v klidné části sídliště a má vlastní parkovací místo, na které vidíte z pokoje. Postele s lamelami dlouhé 2,20 m dáme podle přání hostů. Třetí host spí na matraci nebo pohovce v obýváku. Moderní praktická kuchyň, kávovar, čaj, koření a vše potřebné k vaření. Nemáme TV. Byt je určený pro hosty, kteří hledají odpočinek a klid na práci. V zimě topíme klimatizací a je to ok, dům je kvalitně zateplený. V den příjezdu je byt vytopený na 22 st a dále si teplotu hlídáte sami.

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Fully equipped stylish underroof flat with kitchen, flat tv with Chromest- Netflix, dolce gusto cofee maker, 4 beds ( possibility to add an extra matrace) with washing and dish wash machine and huge terrace, just 20 minutes from Brno, 20 minutes to Aqua Landia, 5 minutes from direct train station to Brno. Suitable for infants (baby bed and seat). There are parking spaces right infront of the house.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.

Nové, kompletně vybavené studio hned vedle brněnského Výstaviště orientované do vnitrobloku, takže se jedná o velice klidné místo. Součástí studia je velký balkon k příjemnému posezení a také klimatizace, především pro horké letní dny. We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
