All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Suite Vadella Suite Vadella is one of the stylish suites of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee with its own entrance in the center of Vlissingen. The suite has a kitchen, a comfortable sitting area, and a luxurious bathroom. The beach, boulevard, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. A wonderful place to discover Vlissingen and the Zeeland coast. In July and August, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required. More inspiration about Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee can also be found online. Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und ein Tiny House zu vermieten. Das Haus öffnet -typisch teeländisch- seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse,. Man hört das Meer hört bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die kleine Sauna ist spontan buchbar ( 20.-/2 Std )

The central location allows the guests to discover the nearby beaches as well as visit the villages of Bruges, Knokke, Cadzand, Damme etc. No pets - No smoking

Lovely holiday home for 8 people

In a fantastic location in Zeeland (Joossesweg 181) you can enjoy this bright and comfortable 8-person holiday home: Duinlodge. This lovely house has a large enclosed garden and is within walking distance of the dunes between Zoutelande and Westkapelle. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tourist tax is 2.42 euros pppn. Bed linen 12 euros and towels 10 euros can be ordered. Your dog is also welcome for a surcharge of 30 euros per stay (per dog).

Spacious apartment (65m2, 1st floor) in the center of Oostkapelle overlooking church and village square (Dorpsstraat 12A. Oostkapelle). Restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Sunny balcony at the rear and sunny garden terrace on the ground floor. Parking next to the house. Guests can use our beach house on Berkenbosch beach (May 1 - Sept. 15). In July and August, bookings can only be made on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat).

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Vacation home with wood-burning stove and unobstructed views!

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside of Koudekerke on the outskirts of 't Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It is enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. It is also wonderful to stay in our cottage in autumn and winter. After enjoying the beach, you can come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Family home Hof Mettenije, panoramic view (10p).

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
