Valentina's apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic. We were there at the beginning of June and it was really quiet at night, you could sleep with the windows open. Everything is in walking distance. A parking space would be helpful, but you read in the description that there is no parking space and no air conditioning, so you know in advance. We would come back, for us it was the perfect, small apartment! 💖 Thank you Valentina! 🥰

Very nice place, clean and central! Quick replies from the host to messages, easy communication. Perhaps an improvement could be including WiFi, since the area had weather issues and mobile data did not work.

Beautiful little house among the vineyards, the possibility of beautiful walks and good restaurants in the well-equipped kitchen area and everything is very clean, quiet, a peace is priceless. Thank you to Simona, a good and helpful person, a great stay.

Lovely space with a superb view! We came here for our anniversary and found it a wonderfully romantic stay. Well equipped place, good kitchen with basic cooking extras, provided us with a lighter and firewood for our whole stay on arrival! Fires outside at night are just amazing, it's so peaceful and relaxing. The studio is wonderfully decorated, exactly as the photos, feels exactly like a luxury Swiss chalet should. Only small issue would be it said 11am check out time but we were asked to leave for 10 which was a little inconvenient, but a minor issue, overall we loved our stay here. Be aware it's a 30 minute drive to the nearest proper shops up a steep winding road with sheer drops, not for the faint of heart but if you like driving it's quite fun. Would highly recommend for couples seeking a romantic or refreshing getaway in the clean mountain air.

Definitely 10 out of 10 stars. Federico and Annalisa are wonderful hosts, incredibly hospitable and helpful in every way. The apartment has a wow effect. Beautiful, very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail. We felt right at home. Everything was thought of and there was nothing missing. It is super centrally located and many restaurants and the lake are within walking distance in a few minutes. We were totally thrilled and can only recommend the apartment. It is a gift to be able to live here and we will definitely come back. Thank you very much Federico and Annalisa for letting us be with you.

We felt very comfortable in the small, well-appointed apartment. Especially the balcony with the magnificent view, the cozy furniture and the existing privacy was our highlight. Simply beautiful describes the apartment, the hosts the view and Stresa itself. We travelled from Australia around the top north of Italy & this was our favorite 10 out of 10 accommodation the apartment was spacious modern and lovely. Loved the hot tub after a long day. The hosts extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Stresa beautiful as well as the local food. Thank you so much for an absolute wonderful memory for our trip.

Had a wonderful stay at the place! Everything was exactly as stated in the description – if not better. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with restaurants and shopping. I would especially like to highlight the host, who is very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail has gone into this work. I felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a pleasant, stress-free accommodation!

Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free pitches right next door are perfect. We are not in the bustle of Stresa, but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and calm. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

It was a very nice and warm welcoming thanks to Maina and her husband. They provided us more than we would have needed, even the fridge was filled. We would definitely come back!

Super friendly landlady with very nice parents on site. The apartment is, as described, on foot about 20 minutes from the lake promenade. Gives a nice evening walk back after the restaurant visit. Lucrecia had recommended us some restaurants on request, which we all really liked. Cannobio is also simply a beautiful, cozy place with a great, inviting lake promenade.
