Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. The accommodation is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (equipped with linens and dishes).

The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, parasols and deckchairs is much loved. Wi-Fi is available.

Located in Premia (VB), this apartment is perfect for adventure and relaxation. Close to the Premia spa, the Crego climbing walls, and the wonderful areas of Alpe Devero and Alpe Veglia, it offers excellent opportunities for excursions. A lovely and bright apartment located in the heart of the city and consisting of a living room with a sofa bed, a study corner, a TV, an open kitchen, a full bathroom and, behind the kitchen, there is the bedroom with a private balcony. The entrance is from the balcony overlooking Piazza Mercato, the heart of the city. Just minutes from the train station, the Centovalli railway and the bus terminal; an ideal starting point to reach the Ossola Valleys and Lake Maggiore.

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
