‘Villa Carlotta’ is a home just 150 meters from the sea, surrounded by a large garden with two lovely terraces on which you can eat and entertain in total calm. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Alberto's apartment in Chia

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
