Massimo welcomed us in an excellent way, the apartment is great, there are all the necessary services, we even found the essentials already available such as coffee, dishwashing and washing machine detergents, oil, etc. even fresh water in the fridge, a small but much appreciated detail! Great experience and super price! Highly recommended!!

We took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

Recommended, a quiet area from which you can reach the beaches of the area with short trips. The house enjoys tranquility away from the traffic. We felt right at home.

Few words other than WOW. The ever changing view of the sea & sky - sat and watched it for hours. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly host. Could not have asked for anything more. Spent time exploring the local area and the two islands - and of course the local restaurants. Our first visit to Sardinia - it will not be our last and I will most certainly see if Fabio's place is available for the next time.

Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great position to visit the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Matteo went out of his way to help us with everything needed for our stay. This unit had the best views from the balcony and was just a walk away to any restaurant or attraction in this town. We loved our stay and appreciate the host very much!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!
