Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We've renovated 90-year-old historic structures to create sustainable, environmental friendly spaces with rainwater harvesting, solar energy, electric solar-powered car charger. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

This wonderful adobe home with refrigerated air is located directly in the heart of the city the Mesquite Historic District of Las Cruces. This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop.
