Great stay, short walk to many places to eat or get coffee. Very close to the subway and bus stop, so access to the rest of the city was easy from here.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

The landlord responded quickly and kindly. The interior of the house was clean and a new building, and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all equipped with necessary supplies, so it was convenient to live. There are parks nearby where you can take a light stroll, such as Mt., and there is no shortage of markets in front of the house, but the traditional market around the station is large and lively, so it is fun to see, and the food is abundant. There were also many restaurants in the food alley in front of the station.

Sue's place was clean and looked very much like the photo. She was responsive and made our stay pleasant. Location was great. Although people mentioned sound, you hear a truck once in a blue moon. Not a big deal.

I had a comfortable stay!!! The host is kind and responds quickly, and I think the accommodation is better than the description and photos!!! I think it'll be perfect if you just replace the wine opener. ^^ I'll book again next time I get a chance!!!!

I had the best stay at Younggee’s apartment; the apartment is impeccable and extremely well kept. The area where the apartment is located is a lively area that is accessible to the central part of town. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Younggee but she is extremely proactive and responsive regarding anything that has to do with the apartment. I had a great weekend at this apartment and I look forward to staying at Younggee’s again whenever I’m back in Seoul. 🤩😃😀

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

It's so outstanding that there's no comparison to any other accommodation I've ever stayed in. Transportation convenience, the lake has a great view, a promenade with a lake, modernized interior facilities, and the host's thoughtful touch, etc. What a wonderful place! Nice view, modernized facility, well organized and comfortable various living tools, etc. There is no need to say it again!!!

Everything clean and Amanda was always very helpful. Even though it's a studio it has a great size and the view is great. A great mall with many food options and supermarket is just across the road (with one of the biggest cinema screens in the world). Two metro lines are very close, so even though this place is not on the north side of the river it is quite easy to get to places. Very much liked it and would come again

All in all, it feels like home ~ really feels like home!The B&B is the same as the photos, no difference at all!The reality is more homey and comfortable.The host, Amy, was very welcoming. I noticed the welcome language on the dining table!There is also a proper floor heating, and for the freezing we are really snowing charcoal delivery ~ The location of the house is good to find, right at Exit 3 of Seoul University entrance station go straight and turn left, although it is a bit of a walk, but it is still acceptable.All the way to the restaurant, shop, convenience store supermarket is very full, you can buy what you need to buy it, I recommend going out to the homestay go uphill a little bit, there is the nearest 24hour convenience store. The room is large with a reasonable layout, the mattress and quilt are very comfortable and clean, so that you can sleep as comfortable as at home during your trip!(In addition, the hammock in the large room is also good for sleeping) The kitchen is fully equipped, and it's convenient to have a late-night or breakfast at night, so you can enjoy it at the dining table. The toiletries are very complete in the cabinet opposite the bathroom, and there are straight clips!It was quite a surprise, and the host is definitely a thoughtful person.The bathroom also had soap for hand washing which was very attentive. Because the return flight was in the afternoon, and Amy requested a late check-out, and I agreed to it right away, so nice and fast!All in all, everything is really great. Host was very friendly, super responsive and very accommodating . Apartment was clean and cozy, comes with floor heating function comes in handy when weather was cold. Grocery store and variety of eateries at basement of apartment, park and other eateries around the neighbourhood as well. Highly recommend if you like chill and quiet neighbourhoods!

The accommodation is located on the 24th floor, so it is well-ventilated and very pleasant, and the space is spacious, so there was no inconvenience in staying.In addition, transportation is very convenient, the subway is 3 minutes away, and it is very easy to see the market.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. There are restaurants, cafes, and amenities in the building, so it's easy to use, Lotte Mall and Galleria across the street, and you can also take a walk on the lake just a short walk away. It was very quiet without any outside noise at night, so I was able to relax comfortably.

It was a great trip. There are a lot of tableware, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, a bed, a TV, and a beam projector. It's just so perfect. I'm 100% willing to revisit. Thank you.

I stayed because I had work at the Suwon Convention Center, but I'm satisfied enough to book it next time.
