Apartment holiday rentals in Dongdaemun District

We had a great stay at Jaehee's flat. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighbourhood which had everything we needed - easy access to public transport, a grocery store, and a few bars and restaurants. The flat itself is comfortable and well furnished. We particularly liked the eccentric style and decor of the apartment. Very cool. Jaehee was easy to communicate with and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Il quartiere è tranquillo, dista 10 minuti a piedi da ogni collegamento metro/bus e non offre nulla nelle immediate vicinanze. Personalmente se dovessi tornare sceglierei un quartiere più vivace, ad esempio Hongdae o Insa-dong, ma se si preferisce la tranquillità e il silenzio è un'ottima scelta.

Phòng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, khá dễ tìm. Chủ nhà cũng luôn phản hồi nhanh chóng với những câu hỏi của tôi trong thời gian trước và đang ở lại.

Рекомендую, хозяин жилья очень отзывчивый, перед заселением рассказал все о жилье, предоставил подробную инструкцию как добраться с фотографиями, все соответствует фотографиям. Спасибо!

방이 매우 깨끗해서 집주인도 신속하게 메시지에 답장할 것입니다. 지하철역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만, 전체적으로 편안합니다. 나중에 기회가 되면 다시 체크인하겠습니다!

Rory's place was a perfect base for exploring Seoul. There are countless restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, public transportation, and more within just steps. The apartment itself was lovely and had several nice touches. I would definitely stay again if visiting Seoul in the future.

Das Apartment ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist gut. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Do-Min war ausgezeichnet. Leider konnte ich nur 2 Nächte bleiben ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

정말 사진보다 훨씬 더 깔끔하고 가성비가 말도안되게 좋은 숙소였습니다! 깔끔하고 아늑하면서도 공간도 충분한 숙소였습니다👍👍 역과의 거리도 가깝고 캐리어 짐도 보관해주셔서 편하게 이동했고, 위치도 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 한번 이용하겠습니다 :)

We were visting Seoul for the first time, and booked this apartment based on the reviews. It was an excellent choice! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially liked how close to the subway, restaurants and convenience stores it is, and enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck. My husband and son used the gym a few mornings and were very satisfied. The loft room area has a low ceiling, as described, but my teenage son didn't mind, and enjoyed having his own space. The host was excellent at communicating, and even tried helping us buy tickets to a local event when asked. She also allowed us to store our luggage after check-out when we visited another area, which was a lifesaver. There are several hotels on the same block, and for the space and amenities, I think this apartment is an excellent deal. I would stay here again!

Had a great stay here. Easy to find and well connected to basically anywhere in Seoul. Perfect for one person. Super cozy flat, comfortable bed and everything you need right around the corner. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

房間乾淨溫馨舒適，住的很開心 就在車站旁，樓下有超市和餐廳 走路可到有emart和商場，生活機能方便 有問題房東不一定馬上回覆，但都會回答 過個馬路有機場巴士，但附近似乎沒有寄放大行李的地方，比較可惜。 住的很開心

Extremely convenient location – right next to the metro/KTX station. Awesome high-rise view, spick and span, friendly host. Slept well each night, really enjoyed our stay here while exploring Seoul!

Znakomity apartament z pięknym widokiem na miasto oraz Wieżę w Seoulu. Miejsce bardzo blisko wejścia do linii metra, w pobliżu wiele sklepów typu GS, CU. Gospodarz był bardzo uprzejmy i pomógł nam w dwóch sytuacjach za co bardzo dziękujemy. To miejsce jest warte każdych pieniędzy! 😊

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to COEX Mall, with easy access through underground subway exits (no need to cross busy streets). Convenience stores like GS25 and a grocery store are also just steps away. Bongeunsa Station (Line 9) and Samseong Station are nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of Seoul. You’re also within walking distance of cultural spots like the beautiful Bongeunsa Temple and the Royal Tombs (about 10 minutes away). The apartment itself was spotless, with stunning day and night views of the city. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the locals were friendly and helpful. The hosts were incredibly kind, allowing us to check in a bit early and responding quickly to all our questions. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. 住宿位置很方便，樓下就有便利店，Olive Young，藥局，還在地鐵上蓋機場可以搭地鐵直達。 屋主James在知道我坐紅眼機到達韓國後還給我提早入住，回覆訊息也很快，房間很大設備齊全，十分推薦。

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!
