The "Mignonnette" is a 120 m² house, on a wooded and enclosed 500 m² lot, in a quiet alley. Completely renovated, it is composed as follows: a large living room of 45 m² with equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Bedroom 1 (180 bed - convertible into 2 90 beds), Bedroom 2 (2 pull-out 80 beds), a bathroom with toilet and washing machine Upstairs: Bedroom 3 (140 bed) with shower area - a large mezzanine with 180 bed - convertible into 2 90 beds and toilet. Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. The house is not accessible to PRM.
