Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Donnalucata

Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning, we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house, there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

It was a little gem in beautiful Scicli! Away from the centre, in a secluded little street where cars were not allowed. Beautiful scenery in front of us, peaceful and only 10 minutes walking from everything. The house was clean and very sweetly decorated. Chiara was a great host, answered to every question very quickly and gave us some useful information.

Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

Truly special. This cavernous little house dug into the cliff amongst the rabbit warren old town of Modica is one of a kind. The photos do not prepare you for the stunning view over the old town, burrowed into the valley below. The house itself is clean, functional and has what you need for a few days stay. Despite the raging heat outside, it stays cool throughout the day. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a memorable experience. Our check in/out was easy and hospitable, leaving nothing wanting.

Incredibly beautiful view, you barely will want to leave the apartment! It's located very close to both cafes and restaurants and easily accessible. We had a lovely stay here!

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

Good space with great views over the city. Well equiped kitchen. Second bedroom and larger outside terrace are accessed via a narrow staircase, but there is a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor too. Would suggest parking above/behind Duomo di San Giorgio on Corso Francesco Crispi for an easier walk, especially with luggage.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly responsive — quick to answer any questions and always just a message away with helpful tips and recommendations. The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares about their guests’ comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

Francesco made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived - and even had a bunch of delicious Sicilian treats waiting for us in the kitchen, including a delicious Tiramisu made by his mother. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Anytime we had a question, he got back to us right away. His place is a gorgeous, three-story home in Noto, super close to the center but still nice and quiet. We were obsessed with the rooftop terrace and the amazing views. Hands down, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in.

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and always communicated super fast and uncomplicated. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with all questions. The WiFi is stable and is also well suited for video calls, if necessary. I would definitely come back and can only recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Stefania’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and the attention to detail was evident throughout - from providing of extensive cooking equipment to beach towels and umbrellas. The terrace was the highlight for us and we enjoyed relaxing and cooking at the outdoor kitchen. Stefania’s recommendations were also amazing, we visited several and enjoyed them all. We loved our stay here and hope to return to Ortigia and Stefania’s place someday!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic base for our 5 nights in Ortigia - accessible on foot to everything we wanted to do, about 10 minutes from the InCoop supermarket which supplied us well for cooking in the small but perfectly formed kitchen. Lots of thoughtful/artistic touches, from artworks to bathroom and kitchen supplies. A wonderful place to be, great style to the apartment, with a very comfortable bed and fantastic views from all three balconies/out of the bedroom window. Having a washing machine was super-helpful too! Manuel was a very welcoming host, explaining the way things worked and gave plenty of local recommendations plus other local advice. The description is very accurate, including the 65 steps from the street to the apartment- unless this many steps will be an issue for you, I’d highly recommend booking this apartment. If I was ever to return to Siracusa I’d definitely want to stay here again.

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect to enjoy the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome at her place. We have taken many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. Also the cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We sincerely thank Stefania♥️!
