The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Completely renovated in 2017, the 18th century castle offers the charm of a prestigious house where refinement and comfort are required. In a bucolic setting conducive to rest, our 7 suites with bathrooms and private toilets accommodate up to 16 people accompanied by babies.

The place is also perfectly suited for a seminar or working days with colleagues. The place has a swimming pool (indoor) and an outbuilding "l'Orangerie" with a large terrace.

In total independence, you will have a parking and a (large) piece of wooded garden [2000m²]. The views of the Garonne and the surrounding area are incredible. The vineyards of the property are carried out in organic farming.
