Perfectly equipped and extremely clean coquettish house. Comfortable. Very responsive and accommodating host. Very close to the train station, the Cité de la BD and the historic center on foot. Very quiet. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Gîte Vertbois. Beautiful setting, very well equipped, and comfortable. Loved seeing the ducks and hens in the garden. Marie was lovely, friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. Very happy with everything. Thank you Marie

We had a great family vacation in a peaceful and very pleasant cottage. Sophie is available for her hosts and responsive. Everything is as described and is a place we recommend to rest but also to discover the terroir and sites of interest of Périgord. The pool is also appreciable after the hot days of sightseeing. We will keep this property!!

A haven of peace in a beautiful green environment, quiet, with a magnificent view and the company of animals (Jack the llama, the donkeys Lulu, Stella and Bella and two cats). What more could you ask for! I thank Corinne for her warm welcome, kindness, availability and discretion during the stay. The pool is perfect for swimming or relaxing. Lots of beautiful sites to visit in the area. I'm already planning to go back! Thanks again Corinne!

I really enjoyed my stay at Benjamin's, it's a little cocoon of sweetness, very pleasant, impeccable in terms of cleanliness! Benjamin was very considerate and took care to prepare a full, refined and very well presented breakfast 🙏🏻😊 I even asked for a little extra to take my meal at noon, and I really recommend you try his cooking 👌👌👌 I also really enjoyed being able to exchange and discuss, Benjamin is another very open person and I will happily come back!

We stayed at the beautiful Chateau Firbeix for 3 nights to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, joined by our two young boys and my wife’s sister and her partner and what a special, breathtaking experience it was! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm of the chateau, the stunning surroundings, and the warm welcome from our incredible hosts, Caroline and Tim. The accommodation is full of character and beautifully kept, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel instantly at home. We loved making use of the pool, games room, and all the space for the kids to explore and enjoy. But the real highlight was the anniversary celebration feast that Caroline and Tim put on for us — an unforgettable evening of local produce, delicious wines, and wonderful company. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a promise to return. Hugely recommend Chateau Firbeix — a slice of French paradise.

We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 4y & a baby) and we had a splendid holiday. The reason why we chose this house, was because of the pictures. The house is clean and the decoration is amazing. The house and the garden are very well organized. You have an outside kitchen, a private (small) pool, 2 terraces and a huge garden. we had great times during the day, a coffee in the morning, a trip to a village next door, a swim in the afternoon and then a BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. To conclude, we had more then a lovely stay! Brian and Deb are perfect hosts, during the entire week we felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend a stay over here!

Staying at Nadine’s cottage was the biggest treat on our trip! Nadine was so kind- offering to make reservations for us and giving us wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. She was super responsive and felt like a dear friend. Her place is so beautiful! Trust me when I say - you absolutely need to book your stay here! It is a gorgeous French cottage built in the 1700’s . Nadine has it decorated so beautifully! We felt like we had stepped into a novel. The grounds are also beautiful. This was our favorite stay on our 2 week trip and I’ve stayed in so many Airbnbs over the years - this little gem was my favorite of all time!

Very nice stay. Nice view of the surrounding area. Note: - access via a pedestrian street on the side. Is done without problem but not necessarily suitable for all profiles. - the absence of a stove despite the presence of a fridge, microwave etc. Beyond these few notes, a great little stone cottage in the country. 100% recommended.

We were allowed to stay in the watermill for a week and we had a great time! Paul and Mieke are two fantastically sweet people with a great passion that is clearly palpable! But their two dear four-legged friends, Henk and Mila, are also two lovely dogs. Now that we are back in the Netherlands, we are a little homesick for the peace and quiet of the Badassat! We enjoyed everything that the Badassat and the area had to offer! Paul and Mieke thank you very much for this nice holiday, for the nice communication, the great accommodation it was really great for us!

We had a great time at the apartment - it ticks all the boxes - being close to the town centre (which has lovely cafes and restaurants ) a good supermarket and bakery nearby. The train station is close, enabling you to get to places like Bordeaux and Sarlat very easily. Nicolas was a great host , and responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, with a very comfortable bed, and powerful shower set in a quiet neighbourhood.

The accommodation matched the description. Daniele is responsive and facilitated our arrival. Private parking is a plus. Recommended rental for a short stay and/or to discover this beautiful region.

Spacious accommodation, very well equipped. We really appreciated Lucia's little touches and the tranquility of the place. That's what we were looking for. We'll be happy to go back.

This place exceeded my expectations! The room was super clean and very stylishly decorated. The property was big and surrounded by vineyards, and the garden was so beautiful. Our host, Patricia was the best! She was so friendly and attentive. She made us feel special and made me the best cannole for breakfast!

Serges is very nice and prepares the house like a hotel. The photos totally match reality. The house equipped with 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom offers good independence for all. The accommodation is extremely quiet with a very pleasant setting for a weekend with friends or for tourism. Great stay, I recommend it👌.

For a couple looking to rest is the right choice. Close to a super and a walk from downtown . There is no need for car . The studio is very clean and has a terrace that delights for eating or breakfast . The bed say that it has good clothes and a mattress of the real ones, in which you will rest for sure in addition to being very large . Sarlat is a lovely town with plenty to see and the surrounding area full of castles and fairytale villages. If you are going to Sarlat do not hesitate to stay at Dominique's house.
