Very nice, comfortable house, with pool and tennis court, situated in the Perigord, a few minutes from the caves of Lascaux, Sarlat and Vezere Valley .. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with bathroom), a bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets. a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee ...), a large living room with fireplace that opens onto a terrace. The equipment is modern (TV, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher ...). The bedding is new. The pool is 12m / 5m, it is heated, tennis is good. The area is ideal for visiting castles and museums, but also for forest walks, and culinary delights ... A Drinking (2 km), there is a traditional restaurant. Thenon is the nearest town (6km). Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility
