Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Ellernhof im Spessart Haus "Schwalbennest"

Our wooden townhouse is located on a former farm, between fields, forest and meadows. The altitude is very quiet, with beautiful views, good air and lots of sun. The house is comfortably equipped with fireplace and massive wooden furniture. On the south terrace there is an open barbecue fireplace and deck chairs. From here you have your children in view on the large playground. Hiking trails in the Spessart, Mainradweg and many castles, vineyards and half-timbered towns await your visit.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our renovated apartment is close to the Main bike path and has a large, well-equipped kitchen-living room with stove, oven, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and hair dryer. One bedroom with a 1.80 m bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed, bedding included. Car parking space in front of the house with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee.

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The used freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea not only benefits our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Die voll ausgestattete Unterkunft liegt nur ca. 250 m vom Mainradweg entfernt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden – perfekt für aktive Tage und entspannte Abende!

The apartment is on the second floor, has two bedrooms with one double bed each, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a large living room. Faulbach is the ideal starting point for bike/MTB tours, and hiking trips in the Mainvorland and Spessart, fishing on the Main, archery course nearby, or just to relax.

The rustic, stylish apartment is part of a yard with animals such as dogs, chickens and horses. Next door, the stream splashes through the valley, opposite the sheep graze - a dreamlike piece of nature!

Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
