The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

From the quietly located villa, the beach of Dornumersiel is in approx. 5 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the dike, on foot or by bike after about 3 km. The villa is ideally located to explore East Frisia and the East Frisian Islands.

Welcome to our vacation farm. If you want to spend your vacation on the East Frisian North Sea coast, we would be happy to welcome you as a guest in our house in Utgast. Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available. So feel free to ask if there is interest.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
