In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. My beautiful bright apartment overlooking the Tonkuhle and with direct access to the lake is located in Eversten, on Hundsmühler Str. It is a rear building with parking. The city center, as well as the university, can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or car and the train station in 15 minutes. A bus stop is 2 minutes on foot and the nearest shops are only 500 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
