Me and my friends came here to celebrate my 30th and the photos don’t even do it justice! The decor was amazing and every room felt very grand! The views are one of the best things about the villa. Truly could not recommend it enough!

Had a lovely stay at Tracy’s place. Tracy was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is spacious, quiet and clean. There is a pub and local parade of shops less than a 10 mins walk away and Torquay town centre is 20 mins down the road (the walk back is all uphill though). I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Clean & tidy Friendly & accommodating hosts Beautiful surrounding gardens with beautiful views of the sea & hills. Very peaceful with the occasional sound of the sheep in the distance, I would recommend for either couples or Families. Thank you Gigi & Roland for another wonderful time @ Huntingball-Lodge. We loved its quirkiness, but Weeke Barton is an old building with uneven floors and low ceilings and spiral staircases which were a challenge. The stairs didn’t defeat us, but they are tricky. The rooms are warm even when a log fire is needed, which is recommended, and the beds are very comfy. All the bedrooms are great and full of history and character, which is the same for the whole of Weeke Barton. The location is also ideal for exploring Dartmoor, for riverside running and good food pubs. There is enough to do locally when it rains, and perfect walks for when it’s sunny. Thanks to Jo and Sam for the local information and Winston for the entertainment.

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

My family and I have just had a wonderful 5 day stay here...and we all had an amazing time! The property is very spacious and absolutely beautiful! It is spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay! The views from the house and the garden are stunning! We spent most of our time in the garden, as the weather was gorgeous! We made good use of the barbecue and there was plenty of seating for us all. Beatrice was a great host ! We had a few minor queries leading up to our stay,which she answered very promptly!

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering; very welcoming with great spaces for eating, cooking and relaxing with lots of games and smart tvs. All in a great location within walking distance of beautiful Bath as well as the canal and surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

We have recently returned from a lovely family get away at high tides, the house was perfectly sized for 6 adults a toddler & 2 dogs - we didn’t feel on top of each other at all & we were lucky enough to get an early check in (thanks Jack). The weather was kind & location was great with the beach, ferry, shop & places to eat all within walking distance (we visited Lazy Jacks, the Tandy, Caff & the Canford & all were great). Overall a really great stay at the property and the hosts did their best to meet all our needs during our stay.

We needed the property for 2 weeks, Robert suggested I go round to check it would work before I needed to confirm the booking which was honest. Nice amount of space for a family of four, close to the children’s’ schools and Clifton village a 15 minute walk away. Robert was responsive and helpful and we had a lovely stay.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything matched the description, and communication with the host was smooth. Would definitely recommend!
