V oknech jsou sítě, žaluzie a black-out závěsy. Klimatizace. U domu je vlastní parkovací místo. Nemáme místo na uložení kočárku ani vybavení pro malé děti. Jen jídelní židličku Ikea. Je zakázáno: párty a hlučné aktivity, kouření ani na balkoně, přivádění dalších lidí. Je to prostor pro hosty, kteří hledají zázemí pro práci nebo odpočinek.
