Lovely spot on Mass! Check in was easy and flexible, even though my delayed flight had me arriving after midnight. I had everything I needed and found it peaceful & quiet even though there are bars nearby. I'm from Lawrence originally and would recommend this spot to anybody passing through. The place was lovely and close to several restaurants and museums. Though I didn't get to use much of the provided utilities/spaces since I was mostly in the area for business, my wife enjoyed the space. Would highly recommend and try out again in the future.

The home was beautiful and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and the owner was very proactive, giving us clear check-in and check-out instructions, directions, and recommendations

It was as advertised. Clean, modern, conveniently located. Bed was a little more firm than I like, but that’s just me being picky. Nice space, good amenities.

we enjoyed staying at Benjamin's place, its in a great location. Just a short walk to Massachusetts Street. Where you will find many shops, locally owned restaurants and pubs. the unit was very clean and had a welcoming feel to it. I'd say this place is highly recommended. If im ever in the area I'd like to came back for another stay.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants and cafes, which made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. The space was clean and had a good amount of room. Just be aware that the stairs leading up to the unit are quite steep, so it may not be ideal if you have heavy bags or mobility concerns. The biggest downside is the noise level. The apartment is on a busy street, and sound carries easily, especially loud voices at night. Not the best choice for light sleepers or anyone looking for a quiet place. That said, it’s a convenient and comfortable stay if location is your priority.

Kore’s place was beautiful and in the heart of Lawrence Kansas! Everything was perfectly clean, very modern, wonderful light, comfortable beds, and a lovely host! This was an excellent space to host a family, and it was conveniently located on 6th street. Very private and peaceful surroundings as it was located just far enough off the street to be both convenient and very quiet! The bedding was quite comfortable, and the kitchen had exactly what we needed to make the stay work for our trip. The bathroom was well stocked with the amenities we needed, and the iron was a nice bonus as we ended up needing to iron a couple of things that got wrinkled on the trek up. Highly recommend!!

I very much enjoyed my stay! With all the amenities (in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen) and all the surrounding restaurants and shopping I was able to thoroughly enjoy my time away from home. It made for a wonderful rest and relaxation spot at the end of my busy days. If I ever need to come back to the area I will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful place to stay and very comfortable. We loved seeing all of the animals the dogs greeted us when coming and going and was so sweet and the kids loved seeing the horses

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.
