No matter the season, you'll enjoy my early 20th century home in Duluth, five minutes from both the University of Minnesota-Duluth Campus and The College of St. Scholastica. Timber Trails Cabin is a small country home ideal for a relaxing getaway! It is centrally located in the heart of Northern Wisconsin’s recreational opportunities. Enjoy our trails on 60 acres or take a short drive to local lakes, the Brule River, or Lake Superior. Within walking distance is the Poplar Golf Course and Bar/Grill. At the end of the day, you can relax around a fire under the starry sky. If it is chilly outside enjoy the fireplace and some games, books, or movies!

Spacious vacation space!

Come enjoy our vacation rental! We're in a great neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a large living room, huge deck, full kitchen, full bath, and two separate bedrooms. This is the upper unit in the building. As such, this isn't an appropriate space for anyone with little kids that run around - as it would detract from the experience for the guests below.

Berrywood Acres Cabin

Berrywood Acres is located on the eastern shores of Lake Nebagamon. We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area. The cabin is simple with all you need for a little RnR. Come relax on the porch and enjoy the view. We look forward to welcoming you to Berrywood Acres Cabin!

Fiddlehead Farm Yurt

Enjoy privacy with the city just 5 minutes away. Nestled in a grove of aspen, maple, and birch, our cozy yurt offers escape from the city and protection from the elements. Enjoy a short walk on trails through our woods or find the Superior Hiking Trail and COGGs trails less than a mile away. Relax by our garden. The yurt has a deck and chairs, a seasonal screen door to enjoy the breeze, a woodstove, a propane cookstove, an outhouse, and a bucket sink.

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.

Brule River Cabin -Boxcar Hole

****New gazebo on the River*** Brule River Cabin is a two-bedroom plus a loft located right on the famous Brule River. It’s also located on the Box Car Hole, an excellent fishing spot. Canoes are available from Brule River Cabin Rental. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 8 people. The cabin features high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and central heat and AC.
