For nature and fishing lovers, access to our private pond is a 5-minute walk away. 40 min from Le Mans, 10 min from Fresnay sur Sarthe (small medieval city), 15 min from St Léonard des Bois (hiking, mountain biking, tree climbing) and Sillé le Guillaume (lake swimming, water activities and forest walk). All local shops and markets are 10 minutes away.

Well-equipped forest house (heating and wifi) nestled in the state forest of Sillé-le-Guillaume (Sarthe –72) in the heart of the Mancelles Alps. Possibility to accommodate 4 guests, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds plus an extra bed, large comfortable living room with a large fireplace, pleasant kitchen, bathroom with shower. Possibility to put horses in an adjacent field.

Characterful house in a small country town, fully restored in 2024, located 10 min from Alençon, 8 min from the Leclerc center, 7 min from Carrefour Market, 15 min from the Mancelle Alps, and about forty minutes from Le Mans. On the ground floor a dining room with wood stove, a toilet, a fitted kitchen and a large master suite with a 180 bed as well as a private shower room, upstairs a TV lounge as well as 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a shower room + toilet.

Located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park, the house is on a hiking trail 5 minutes' walk from the forest. (This path leads to the Chapelle du Chêne, a medieval tree known for its miracles) And 6 km away are Lake Coco-Plage (swimming, activities) and the spectacular Saut du Cerf canyon in the vast forest of Sillé.

La Maison d'Apolline is a charming little house located in Lassay-les-Châteaux, 1.2 miles from the Château de Lassay and 9.3 miles from Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, Normandy (a 15-minute drive). The house is composed of a ground floor (entrance, mezzanine, living room, dining area and kitchen) and a floor (bedroom and bathroom) fully equipped and offering free wifi. The metal staircase is central. The decoration is neat. The equipment is rather high-end.
