This a true home away from home, and made our vacation just that much better! At day’s end, we looked forward to retreating to this spotless apartment that clearly has received love and care by its owner. From its art to its book collection, its spacious bedrooms and beautiful sunroom and terrace, the apartment wants for nothing. Paula is super responsive and exceptionally considerate — even providing personalized walking maps for us! I have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world, and this — by far — was my favorite. Was even better than the description — I didn’t know that was possible. Thank you, Paula, for a wonderful and memorable stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Séjourner chez Luis à été un plaisir, l’appartement était confortable et propre. Literie confortable, tout confort. L’emplacement était bien situé pour visiter la ville de Braga à pieds. Luis était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je ne peux que vous recommander Luis à d’autres hôtes. Au plaisir de revenir sur Braga. À bientôt Florence

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Porto. Plenty of space, amazing windows with beautiful views, and easy to get around. If the hustle and bustle is not your thing, would not recommend this, but it was perfect for what I was looking for as a solo traveler. Pristine, homey, and communicating with John was a breeze.

Communication with Luis Miguel was great and he was prompt in his replies. For us his place was at the perfect location as we like to walk everywhere. Place is well maintained and clean. Would stay there again.

Great apartment 1 minute walk to the train station and a major bus stop. Ana is a great host and has a great place for a beer and to meet new friends along the way. Had hostel vibes with the amount of *optional* interaction we had with some locals and friends of Ana’s without having to share a bathroom or anything else with anyone else. We would definitely book Ana’s place again if we ever make it back to Porto.

Très bel accueil de l’hôte, il nous attendait face à l’appartement lors de notre arrivé. À 5 mins à pied du métro qui mène directement aux plus beaux attraits touristique de porto . Stationnement disponible dans la rue . Petit détail, aucun ventilateur alors l’été il fait très très chaud vu qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé. Belle grande terrasse à l’arrière Merci pour le séjour

Séjour d'une semaine à Porto dans l'appartement d'André où nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin . L'appartement est très propre, la literie confortable. Il ne faut pas craindre de monter les 4 étages assez raides mais à notre arrivée, André nous a gentiment monté notre valise. Il propose également une liste de restaurants, bars sympa et est disponible pour toutes questions concernant un séjour à Porto . En résumé, très bonne adresse.

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

O Diogo foi um anfitrião exemplar: sempre disponível, atencioso e genuinamente preocupado com o nosso bem-estar. A sua simpatia tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. O espaço é simplesmente deslumbrante, perfeito para descansar a mente e recarregar a alma. E como se não bastasse a natureza envolvente e a tranquilidade do lugar, tivemos visitas encantadoras: uns gatinhos adoráveis que apareceram de forma inesperada e conquistaram imediatamente os nossos corações. Foram uma mais-valia doce e carinhosa, que deu ainda mais vida à nossa estadia. Recomendamos de olhos fechados — e com o coração cheio.

We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

C'est un endroit magnifique. Une très belle vue directement de la terasse. Ça vaut le déplacement et je recommande fortement!

excellent stay, only issue was with sleeping as the double bed mattress had plastic wrapping which can be noisy. no washing machine. Definitely would stay again.

Henrique is an amazing host and responds quickly to questions. Great dinner suggestions and the food was fabulous! Would absolutely stay here again. The view from the house is spectacular!

Wij houden van dit soort huisjes. een geweldige tuin met zwembad. We hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Wel ‘‘s avonds de kachel gestookt.

Luis un tipo muy majo estuvo pendiente siempre de mi llegada me indicó todo muy amable y un piso encantador fácil de llegar un piso espectacular y un anfitrión de 10 súper recomendado

Marina muy atenta, nos dejó salir más tarde para aprovechar un rato de la mañana en la playa. Además de dejarnos flores naturales preciosas y un par de botellas de agua. Todo realmente fenomenal. Tenía un menaje muy completo para una familia de 4/5 personas; e incluso aceite, vinagre y sal, aunque nosotros no lo usamos pero se agradece qué lo tengan. Muchas gracias.

passei 4 noites incríveis nesses espaço, consegui fazer tudo andando, tem uma ótima localização, os espaço fica melhor ainda pessoalmente, apartamento limpo e bem organizado

Appartamento situato a Matosinhos, scelto perché non lontano dalla fiera internazionale a cui ho partecipato per lavoro. Ho avuto modo l'ultimo giorno di spostarmi in centro a Porto per visitare la città non essendo molto distante. Tutto perfetto, molto pulito e host super gentile e cordiale. Consiglio!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, le logement est bien agencé et tout le nécessaire est sur place dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. L'appartement est à moins de 10minutes à pieds de l'océan ainsi qu'à un petit quart d'heure des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Esposende.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maria; vielen Dank noch mal dafür! Auch als wir uns dummerweise ausgesperrt haben, war sie sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, vor allem mit zwei Bädern sehr komfortabel. Der Balkon-Ausblick und die nur gut 100 Meter zum Strand sind natürlich großartig - für die Nachfolger haben wir einen Sonnenschirm dagelassen. Im Hochsommer sind die Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung bestimmt ein Segen! Toll ist der Tiefgaragen-Platz (steile Abfahrt!), der nützlich ist, wenn am Wochenende alle an den Esmoriz-Strand fahren. Dann ist hier "Party" angesagt - vor allem wenn Portugal mal wieder im Fußball gewonnen hat ;-). Dank Marias schneller Hilfe hat das Internet nach anfänglichen Problemen gut funktioniert. Das war wichtig, da wir so (deutsches) TV streamen konnten. Für viele bestimmt wichtig: die Betten waren super! Und für die richtigen Kapseln für die Kaffee-Maschine: fragt am besten Maria... - Moito obrigado, Maria - wir kommen wieder! :-)

Hola André, Gracias por todo. El piso está muy bien, tiene una terraza muy espaciosa, aunque las vistas no son muy buenas solo se pueden ver cuatro rollos. Muy buen detalle dejar todas aplicaciones y juegos instalados en la tele, ¡fueron de gran ayuda!. otro detalle a destacar son los buenos bollos y postresitos locales, muy ricos. Por otro lado no había ni buen ambiente nocturno ni diurno, a quien quiero engañar (bueno algún Darth Vader por ahí). Otra cosa a mejorar es la modernización de la puerta principal. Overall overall, chilling, chilling in the miling.

Amazing host and base to explore nearby Porto! Luiz was extremely helpful with tips regarding restaurants, sites, and nearby day trips. He went out of his way to make sure we were finding everything useful in the city and for anything we needed in the apartment he was a quick call away. The apartment was clean and in a great location and the building has great amenities including parking, pool, gym squash, pool etc. Would definitely recommend if traveling to Porto!
