We always love staying here! You can walk to almost everything and never have to move your vehicle from the parking garage. Everyone is always so friendly!

Loved our stay! The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Really appreciated the host being responsive with any questions and accommodation. Looks just like the pictures. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Athens was excellent. The unit was impeccable, clean and well located to local amenities. The unit we stayed in was modern and well appointed. The hosts were communicative, pleasant and professional. We will stay here again when we return to Athens, Georgia.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great for walking to the downtown area with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. We used the gym and rec room on the top floor. Both were great! Couldn’t use the pool bc of rain but would have! Very lovely spot up there!

The place was beautiful, just as described, and very comfortable for an extended stay. I felt as well at home there as I do in my own place. Some other reviews have mentioned difficulties in communication or the particulars of check-in, and I did experience some inconsistencies when communicating with different team members about exactly how I was going to get the entry fob—my impression was that their internal communication was imperfect. Once I had the correct clear instructions, though, the check-in and everything else was a breeze. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to spend an extended stay at the same place again. I paid less for a better place than my friends who were in hotels.

Derry was a great host. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. I felt safe and relaxed. Derry is a great host.

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

A perfect location for downtown Athens. So many walkable bars and restaurants. The covered garage is a real bonus for the area where parking can be expensive. Good clear comms with the host. The reception staff were fantastic and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Athens for a friend’s wedding. Very close to downtown and campus. The location and the apartment were both perfect.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

What a wonderful place to stay for a busy weekend! Megan and Jeff were wonderful hosts and their home is just gorgeous! We hope to be back next year...without falling down!

Great location, very private and easy to find. The host had a lot of items ready in the pantry and refrigerator, very accommodating. Instead of rushing and jammed with everyone in the restaurant after the graduation ceremony, we were able to come back to the house and had lunch/dinner that I prepared, enjoyed and relaxed for a couple of hours between running in between 2 ceremonies!

It was a big game day and we were so appreciative to have found her place! She was a delight! So friendly and so appreciative and overly accommodative. She is going to provide van service soon so that will make this a perfect place to stay for a game or whatever else you may be in Athens for. Anyone who goes to Athens for an event knows how hard it is to get a hotel room. Our 16 year old son enjoyed having his own space to watch his Netflix. Mary cooked us breakfast. :) Very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay with Mary. We love Mary!!:)

A nice quaint stay with Karim’s residence. Nestled in the hills outside Athens was wonderful. The house does have some eclectic style and old charm.

We had a great night stay, we wish we could of stayed longer! Beautiful home and comfy beds. Would definitely come back!

The friendly host, the adorable pets, and the peaceful residential neighborhood were a lifesaver on the day of the graduation and commencement ceremonies, when every spot in Athens was overpriced and completely booked.
