Arts & Athletics is a functioning art gallery making works by local and regional artists accessible to anyone who stays in this brand new addition to a mid-century modern ranch home. The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. A short walk to Normaltown bars & restaurants or downtown, on the border between the historic Cobbham and Normaltown neighborhoods.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Completely renovated in 2019, our guest house is the perfect retreat in our beautiful historic neighborhood of Cobbham. The "little house" is within walking distance to downtown Athens (1 mile), UGA Arch (1.1 miles) and Sanford Stadium (1.5 miles)~the Bottleworks, Normaltown, the Boulevard neighborhood, popular restaurants, the Daily grocery, coffee shops, a wine bar, and music venues are all convenient to the guest house and a big part of what make Athens such a special place to be.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.
