Monthly Rentals in Downtown Jersey City

Great place to stay, location is good and this studio is really nice. The space is larger than I expected and really comfortable. The gym and the rooftops space are also plus . It is managed by a professional team and they respond fast to my request. I would stay here again if I come to Jersey city again.

Sagar is an absolutely fantastic host! Always on top of things and made sure that my stay was comfortable. One thing to note: the bedroom is road-facing and depending on the day of the week, garbage pickup or emergency services can be loud at night. If you are a light sleeper, take that into consideration. It did not really affect me too much and the price is a steal for the location and convenience of access to the PATH trains.

Great place to stay esp when staying longer period as I did. Very central and also safe. Nice to have an outside patio. Lisa and Nick are great hosts and respond fast.
