Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Louisville

The only downfall was the urban atmosphere, a lot of noise throughout the night. No fault to owner, definitely an urban atmosphere.

Our family of six was right at home. This home is clean, comfortable and quiet. Bedding was comfortable, and the home is equipped with all you will need. We were also right across from Parlour Pizza, and walking distance from many other establishments. We had a great time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This may be my favorite Airbnb rental ever. This charming, immaculately clean place exceeded my expectations - so many great touches, great beds and well stocked kitchen and bathroom, a relaxing backyard, and a fantastic neighborhood. Courtney was very nice to work with - very responsive and proactive at making this a five star experience. Check in/check out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Loved this cute house for my family and I. Willie and Sue left a very detailed message about everything before we got there and gave their numbers incase we needed anything which I appreciated. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. It’s minutes away from shopping, food, and coffee shops! We were sad to leave. We hope to be back!

This was such a great place for a couples getaway trip. We had the best time and it was super close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was immaculate and very comfortable! Little extras like providing snacks and beverages were an added plus. The driveway to park in was very nice also. Brian and Tiffany were very nice and answered any questions immediately. When in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

My family had a very nice stay. Justin was very good at communicating. NuLu was walkable just a block over to the main street with a lot of restaurants and a block the other way to Fall City Brewery. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit and hot tub. This is in the city so there is traffic and car noises throughout the day and night. I used a sound machine in the bedroom which made everything perfect.

Kymberli’s place is just as she described. We loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee out there in the morning. Ideal location, walkable to lots of places, including restaurants and the Big 4 walking bridge.

This apartment was GORGEOUS! We didn’t get to stay for long enough to explore much. We loved the old Victorian style and felt so at home after a long day that we all stayed in and played board games.

We had a great stay. Barbara was very nice and gave clear instructions. We will be staying here again if we come back to this area.

The host was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They not only provided so much useful information about the home and area but gave customized information, worked with us for an early check-in and checked on us after we arrived. She's super friendly and the home is great. With the 2 rules being take off shoes and have fun... it was a great place and somewhere we would certainly stay again if we're in the area.

Perfect place to stay with my son while visiting friends and family. Absolutely loved the location on the river, the walk ability of the area, the restaurants and coffee shops and all the beautiful walks to include the big four bridge. It was great to have the balcony to sit on! Beds were amazing!

I originally booked 1 day short and was happy to be able to extend the stay - Tess was prompt with a response. The place was very comfortable - loved the back upper deck to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The location could be an easy walk to the down town area but we chose to drive & park - especially after our race. I would be a repeat visitor if I have a chance to go back.

You will love this oasis of an apartment. Hubby and I absolutely loved it. Ruth has gone above and beyond to make this apartment very comfortable for your stay. The apartment is charming, spotless, spacious, with lots of amenities. The bed is super comfortable with crisp fresh smelling sheets. There is a good supply of towels, extra covers, great water pressure with hot water. It has everything you need plus more. Fantastic tea/coffee bar with several selections. Easily accessible to local restaurants, shops, breweries, farmers market on Saturday’s etc.. The town is very quaint. And our host Ruth was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive. Made herself available at all times. She is all about making sure that you are enjoying your stay and that you have everything you need. The front porch has comfortable lawn couches we enjoyed sitting in and unwinding after a busy day. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Ruth, it was wonderful meeting you and thank you for everything!!!

I absolutely loved my time in this beautifully decorated space. So close to downtown Louisville without the hassle of finding parking. I would definitely stay here again and again.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is consistently great! Just what you need for a trip to Louisville. Bed is comfy. Plenty of space. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Sophia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the NULU area. Check out Nouvelle next door when you are sick of bourbon. 🍷

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.
