Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Jenna was a wonderful host! she was very responsive and her place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, had clear instructions for check in/out, and a good atmosphere to it!

We came upon this place after our original Airbnb cancelled on us after check in time. Host was quick to respond and made it quick and easy for us. Area was clean and some nice shops and coffee close by. Found a local steakhouse a few blocks away that was great to eat at. Plenty of space for 2 families of 3.

Our host thought of everything we might need during our stay. Our rental was very clean and cozy and close to downtown, the zoo and St. Matthews area. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Great place for 2 people. Very nice accurately described home in wonderful Louisville neighborhood. Walk to many restaurants. Easy drive to downtown and Churchill Downs or quick Uber ride. Nice outdoor space as well. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here! There were so many little touches that made it special. The location can’t be beat, and it was so fun to be able to walk to coffee/restaurants in Nulu. The space was clean and well cared for, and the host was so communicative. Thank you to Erin for such a great stay!

What a wonderful spot! Close by near shops and eateries and drink. Quick short drive to Downtown and NuLu. The home is very charming and larger than you might think. Very clean spotless and it felt like our home away from home. Would not hesitate to come back to this home again. Love this charming property and location. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was absolutely perfect. So was the location. I would stay here again and again. The host is proactive, sending lots of information before I had even arrived. It’s been my favorite stay by far.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here and wish we had the time to stay an extra day. It was a perfect quick retreat for our family. The beds were so comfortable which was much needed after a long week in the road.

Among all Airbnb’s that I have a booked, this was one of the best that we’ve stayed at. The property is pristine and has everything we needed. If this property is available, I highly recommend booking ASAP. The location was perfect. This town is beautiful, friendly, walkable. Restaurants, shops, gas stations, hospitals were super close by. Parking was a breeze. We loved utilizing the patio and community pool. It was 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, so if you are looking to spend more time in downtown area, this place might be out of the way but if you want a good balance of downtown fun and relaxation this is an amazing choice. Eric and Kristen are wonderful hosts, they were absolutely on top of all my questions and great communicators. This was a fave find amongst everyone in our group!

Carli was incredibly responsive! Her home was clean and exactly what we needed for our week trip away from home while we explored the bourbon trail. We were excited for the fenced in yard so we could bring our dogs but the nearby bar made it so we would need to go out with them each time. Aside from that we had a wonderful stay. We’re already planning a second trip back to Kentucky and would be happy to stay in the house again!

Trisha's place was excellent!!!! If you are visiting the Nulu district/neighborhood of Louisville, this is a perfect location. walkable to tons of restaurants, bars and whiskey row is not far. For the bourbon lovers, Evergreen liquors is a must! It's maybe at most, 5 minute walk. The secure private parking lot and parking spot is a rare find in this neighborhood! Huge plus!!!! This is my 2nd time staying at this condo facility, the location can't be beat!!!! My husband and I will be back. FYI, Nulu neighborhood is a hip up and coming neighborhood lots of things being built and improved!

My Husband and I booked this home extremely last minute and were pleasantly surprised with both the flexibility of the host. As for the home, it was very well appointed and we felt very comfortable.

We felt like we were living in a treehouse (in a good way). The place is really well designed and feels very spacious. We loved walking each day to the Logan Street market, Foko, or the new nook coffee shop/bookstore. Shelby Park is in the neighborhood in transition, but on the rise. We love it.

Great spot close to great businesses and close enough to whiskey row for a short drive.

We had a great stay at Morgan and Taylor's place. The apartment is as described. It's in an historic building in a neighborhood filled with historic markers. The apartment was clean, and the games were a lot of fun. During our visit, Morgan was very responsive, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Taylor is great. A perfect host. She was always quick to remedy something or respond quickly to any question. She's exceptional. The place is a bit of a maze to get to. Taylor provided photos and instructions. The place is safe and quiet and comes as advertised. If you're heading to Louisville, I recommend.
